Combining my loves of sports and nutrition, I aim to elevate others' athletic performance. Team talks, one-on-one nutrition counseling, obtaining college athletic scholarships, an insider's look at competing at the NCAA division I level, running camps, injury prevention...it's one stop shopping for all things running.
